What Is Curb Cleaning?
Your curb is the first thing people see. Black mildew and clay stains along the curb make a nice house look tired. Curb cleaning is quick, cheap and a great add on to any driveway or house wash.
Curb cleaning cleans the street curb, gutter line and driveway apron in front of your home. It’s quick, it’s cheap, and it makes the whole house look sharper from the road. It’s a great add on to a driveway or house wash, and a perfect project for a whole street or HOA.

- Moss or mildew where leaves pile up
Why Curb Cleaning Matters in East Tennessee
Curbs collect everything that runs down the street: tire grime, red clay, mildew and leaves. In East Tennessee they turn black in a few seasons, even in nice neighborhoods.
Since the curb is the first thing people see, a clean one makes your yard and driveway pop. When a few neighbors do it together the whole street looks better, and we can do group pricing.
Get Your Street In on It
Curb cleaning is the perfect neighborhood project. When a few houses on the same street get their curbs done the same day, everybody pays less and the whole street looks better. HOAs use it to freshen up a neighborhood before spring or before an event.
It also pairs great with a driveway cleaning. We’re already set up, so adding the curb and driveway apron takes just a few more minutes and makes the clean driveway look finished from the road.
How We Do It, Step by Step
- Pre-treat. We pre-treat the curb, gutter line and apron.
- Surface clean. We clean the face and top of the curb evenly.
- Detail. Around the mailbox, drain and driveway edges.
- Rinse. Everything gets rinsed clean.
What to Expect
- Before we come: close windows and doors, and move cars, grills and patio furniture out of the way if you can.
- Pets: keep them inside until we’re done and things dry.
- Water: make sure the outside spigot works. That’s all we need from you.
- On the day: we text you when we’re on the way and when we’re done, with photos.
- After: everything is rinsed and ready to use the same day.

Curb Cleaning FAQ
Is curb cleaning worth it?
For how little it costs, yes. It’s one of the cheapest ways to make your house stand out from the street.
Can my whole street get a deal?
Yes. If a few neighbors want it done the same day, we can do group pricing. Call us and we’ll set it up.
Can you do it with my driveway?
Absolutely. Most people add the curb when we clean the driveway since we’re already set up.
Why does my curb turn black?
Road grime, tire dust, red clay and mildew all collect on the curb and the gutter line, and the shade from trees helps mildew grow.
Do you do whole neighborhoods or HOAs?
Yes. Whole streets are our favorite. Get a few neighbors together and we’ll set up group pricing.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can get to the outside, the water spigot works and pets are inside, you can be at work. We’ll text you before we start and when we’re done.
Do you use my water?
Usually, yes. We hook up to your outside spigot. A typical job uses about what a few loads of laundry would, so it barely moves your water bill. On well water? Tell us when you book and we’ll plan around it.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn’t hurt the cleaning at all. If a real storm rolls in we’ll text you and reschedule.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial work, and we’re happy to send a certificate of insurance.
