- Handle runoff. We follow local runoff rules and protect storm drains.
- Walk through. We do a final check and send photos so you know it’s done right.
What to Expect
- Before we come: close windows and doors, and move cars, grills and patio furniture out of the way if you can.
- Pets: keep them inside until we’re done and things dry.
- Water: make sure the outside spigot works. That’s all we need from you.
- On the day: we text you when we’re on the way and when we’re done, with photos.
- After: everything is rinsed and ready to use the same day.

Commercial pricing depends on square footage, what’s being cleaned, how often, and when you need us there. One time cleanings and recurring plans are both quoted free, in writing.

Usually, yes. We hook up to your outside spigot. A typical job uses about what a few loads of laundry would, so it barely moves your water bill. On well water? Tell us when you book and we’ll plan around it.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn’t hurt the cleaning at all. If a real storm rolls in we’ll text you and reschedule.
