The Pressure’s On (“we”, “us”) is a family run pressure washing and soft washing company based in Maryville, Tennessee. This page explains what information we collect through thepressuresontn.com, how we use it and the choices you have. The short version: we only use your information to give you an estimate and do the job, and we never sell it.
What We Collect
- What you send us. When you fill out our estimate form, call, text or email us, we get what you share: your name or company name, property address, phone number, email address and details about the job.
- Basic technical info. Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type and the pages visited) to keep the site secure and running.
- Spam protection. Our form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and app data, and sends it to Google for analysis.
How We Use It
- To reply to your request, give you an estimate and schedule the work
- To call, text or email you about your job, like letting you know when we’re on the way or sending before and after photos
- To send you a copy of your estimate request by email
- To keep basic records for our business, taxes and insurance
- To keep the website secure and stop spam
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t add you to a marketing list. If we ever send updates or offers, it will only be with your OK, and you can opt out at any time.
Who We Share It With
Only the services we need to run the website and the business: our web host, our email provider, Google (for reCAPTCHA and the maps on some pages) and our accounting or scheduling tools. They can only use it to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Photos of Our Work
We like to share before and after photos of our work. We never post your name or exact address, and we ask before posting photos of your home. If you’d like a photo of your property taken down, just let us know and we’ll remove it.
Cookies
Our site uses very few cookies. Google reCAPTCHA and the embedded Google Maps may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To learn more, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How Long We Keep It
We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you and for normal business, tax and insurance records. After that we delete them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop texting or emailing you. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts. Just contact us below and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
