The Pressure’s On is a family run pressure washing and soft washing company serving homes and businesses across East Tennessee. We started in South Florida in 2007, brought the business home to East Tennessee in 2022, and we’ve been making houses, driveways and storefronts look brand new ever since.

Most of what we do is help homeowners get their place looking new again. We soft wash houses of every kind, from vinyl and brick to stucco, stone and log homes. We soft wash roofs to kill the algae behind those black streaks, and we pressure wash driveways, sidewalks and patios, pool decks, decks and fences and curbs. How much does pressure washing cost?

What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure water and is great for concrete like driveways and sidewalks. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills mold, mildew and algae. We use soft washing on roofs, siding and anything that could get damaged by high pressure.
Is soft washing safe for my roof?
Yes. We never use high pressure on shingles. Soft washing kills the algae that causes those black streaks and is the method most shingle makers recommend.
Will it hurt my plants or grass?
We wet down and protect your landscaping before we start and rinse it again when we’re done.
How often should I get my house washed?
Here in East Tennessee, about once a year. Our humidity is great at growing mildew, especially on the north and shady sides of a house.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can get to an outside water spigot and the gates are unlocked, we can get it done while you’re at work.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. Storefronts, restaurants, parking garages, dumpster pads and more. We work nights and weekends so we don’t get in your customers’ way.
